By day I lead software development teams building the customer-facing and internal platforms that keep a regulated healthcare enterprise running — an environment where moving fast and getting it right have to coexist.
I started as an IT intern in 2001 and came up through support, systems administration, DevOps, and program management before moving into engineering leadership, so I still think like a builder — and I still build. These days I'm exploring how to take AI beyond writing code — into requirements, product design, and the billion-dollar question of what's worth building in the first place.
Home is Florida's Gulf Coast, where you'll find me on the water when I'm not shipping software.
